AI Dad Lab ("we", "us", "our") runs AI Tools for Kids (aitoolsforkids.com). We help parents choose AI tools for their children by testing them with our own family and publishing honest reviews. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have.
This site is intended for parents and other adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, email us and we will delete it.
AI Dad Lab is the data controller. For any privacy question or request, contact [email protected].
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies for analytics and basic site functionality. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some may affect how parts of the site work.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the providers that help us operate the site, each acting under their own privacy terms:
Some of these providers are based outside the UK/EEA (including the United States). Where personal data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the providers' standard contractual clauses.
Some links on this site are affiliate links: if you buy or sign up through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We also accept paid placements and sponsored reviews. Sponsored content is clearly labelled, and a payment never buys a guaranteed rating — we only feature tools we would stand behind. Clicking an affiliate or sponsor link may take you to a third-party site governed by its own privacy policy.
We keep newsletter and contact data for as long as you remain subscribed or until you ask us to delete it. Analytics data is retained for a limited period in line with our analytics provider's settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to certain processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. If you are in California, you have the right to know what we collect and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal data — we do not sell your data. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. You can also unsubscribe from emails using the link in any newsletter. If you are in the UK or EU and have a concern we cannot resolve, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
